Whenever we holiday in the Sion area, this restaurant is our first choice. The menu is extensive, even for vegetarians, and half portions no problem. Highlights are the salad buffet and the pommes allumettes. The staff are friendly and courteous, even when the restaurant is busy. We'll be back.....

No vegan options, and despite the fact we called earlier to make sure there was something vegan prepared, when we arrived nothing had been made. They proposed to me some pasta and veggies, and when they brought it, it was cooked with butter. Sent it back, then they brought plain penne and veggies. No oil, no sauce. The waitress was hecking rude and aggressive with me, I didn't feel welcome at all. I would have honestly preferred if they told me it would be easier to choose the buffet option so I could pick what I wanted, than this messy service.
Food was, meh, okay at the end. But I can make good food at home and for cheaper. When I go to a restaurant, I pay for the service, the experience, and expect at least to be nocely talked to.
Of the 4 people that served at our table, 2 of them were super rude. It obviously doesn't apply to all of the staff, but short-brown-hair woman and gray-hair-guy (the boss, I guess?)... Message for you: please respect your customers.

Edit (en réponse au propriétaire): Essayez d'accepter les critiques au lieu d'essayer d'avoir réponse à tout (: Super, vous avez souhaité joyeux anniversaire à mon ami (que vous avez eu au téléphone en passant). Je n'ai jamais dit que vous étiez désagréable avec toute la tablée (encore heureux!)
Il n'empêche que j'ai eu une expérience désagréable avec le service et que oui, la serveuse en question a été aggressive avec moi. C'est elle qui m'a proposé un plat chaud et pas le buffet de salade. J'avais envie de manger chaud et de rester à table avec mes amis, j'ai donc choisi de commander chaud, quel mal à cela? De plus, j'ai précisé que je commandais des pâtes sans produits laitiers, et on m'amène des pâtes au beurre. Quelle est l'excuse cette fois-ci?

Vous allez sûrement encore trouver réponse à tout, mais ça ne me fera jamais revenir dans votre restaurant. Bon vent
