We were so happy with the service we received! Their service included taking furniture apart, and rebuilding them in our new apartment. We were also very impressed with the standard of cleaning, which made handover a breeze! We would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them!

I have had such a great experience with home 2 home transport. Starting from the first point of contact with the office ladies to each and every team member on the moving day.

I was a little anxious of working with another moving company as my last experience has been quiet terryfing. But even without me being there, they‘ve handled everything perfectly and with the highest professionalism and service quality.

For anyone moving in Zurich, I can highly recommend this company!

I felt super secure and supported throughout the whole process and we all know that moving by itselt is very nerv racking. It sure takes a lot of your shoulder having such a great service provider assisting you.

Thanks again to the team!

Based on our own personal experience I would not recommend this company AT ALL.
Firstly, they underestimated the work that our household required to be moved after they had duly inspected it, causing a huge difference in price from the originally agreed costs. Secondly, several items were damaged and, as a family with 2 little ones, the earliest we could get around to file the report was 9 days after the move. (The company’s terms and conditions apparently state that damages should be reported within 3 days!)
So here we are, being asked to pay an unexpected price for the move, despite agreeing on a cost ceiling and several damages to items, including a dinner table that was incorrectly transported despite giving specific instructions the manufacturer had provided us to dismantle the table (gross negligence), none of which will be reimbursed!

Lessons learned:
(a) Would recommend contractually agreeing on a *fixed price*, not a cost ceiling!
(b) Contractually negotiate to prolong the notification period for damages, deviating from the GTCs, because 3 days are not humanly possible
(c) Last but not least move delicate and costly items yourselves - do not trust anyone else

Needless to say how disappointing this moving company turned out to be!

We had such a great experience with the Home2Home team. The packing service was worth it's weight in gold. The team were lovely, efficient and packed everything beautifully. The moving team were also friendly, and the end clean was perfect. It was so great to have all of these things organised in one company. Would 100% use again if we move again!

We were really happy with the team. From administrative staff , movers to cleaners and even the owner himself were friendly , polite and professional. They were patient in answering my questions and even accommodate to the change of dates for cleaning. We were very happy with the move as everything went very smoothly. The cleaning team was very thorough and diligent. We were impressed with the effort and quality of cleanliness. We highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the level of service provided and the cost. Had the services of apartment removal followed by a full handover cleaning, both completed very professionally.
3 workers for a 4.5 apartment, worked very quickly for a very fair price.
Cleaning was the same, and were present at the final handover.
Would certainly recommend a very well organized and professional removal company

We used the moving and cleaning service and were so happy with everything. The movers were very friendly, punctual, careful and very efficient. The cleaning was done perfectly and all the services were billed at the amount offered. The response time and friendlyness from the office was outstanding, We had a great experience and would warmly recommend the company anytime!
