I'd expected the store to be bigger but was good enough. It has a big selection of everything, games or games equipment, from Mangas to books and even action/anime figures to Legos.
Also as online store available.

Great experience, ordered the PS5 Horizon forbidden west bundle and received it in 24h.
Customer service by phone was also very helpful.

I was probably one of the first customers of the store. At that time there was a single shelf with PC Boxes in the store and Mr. Wyler did everything to satisfy the customer. My last interaction in the store itself was very recent and it was not good at all. The salesman is absolutely not in his job element, came unfriendly regarding the mask and seemed unmotivated and paranoid. Didn't really want to give any information about a warranty case either. Fortunately the good Sindara was there and made the best out of the bad experience. Friendly, motivated and courteous. Thanks Sindara

I grew up here and have seen this store rise and grow. It is really the best gaming store you can find in switzerland. They have a nicely decorated shop where you also can find books, card- and boardgames, besides a big range of videogames. All needed accesories such as keyboards, mice, cases, memorycards are all available. The saleteam does a very good job, always welcoming and helping. Be sure to visit the shop in person as you get a small discount for buying stuff there.
