Nice place , visited twice , Thun Lake, wooden bridge on it , adjoining areas and market all are nice . Here Turban Restaurant an Indian/Punjabi restaurant is also very unique . Loved the place and may visit again.

Surely has got to be a contender for one of the best stations in CH? Grand entrance plus mountain backdrop… Thun is, without doubt, the most stunning train station I have been to since I was at Olten train station. I cannot wait to come back!

Middle sized train station in Switzerland. Easy to buy tickets in machines big language selection ???? incl english so an easy start for tge journey. The station has some small stores (kiosk, bakery and flower shop) it also has lockers if needed.

Always worth a visit - traditional tourist hot spot at the "entrance" of the highlands.

I felt in love with Thun. It is calm, refreshing... I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Great cityscape option if you want a quiet and slow weekend.

Medium sized railway station with connections to Zurich, interlaken ... etc. It has some super markets like coop and other small shops just at the station building. You can take the boat to interlaken from just outside the railway station as well.
