Nice place for many sports.
For the last 2 years we have had a yearly subscription for a tennis court. Service is great and friendly. They also offer us to change our day if we can't play on our scheduled day.

If I could give it negative stars I would. We have spent the last year being lied to by the staff about billing. They have not only lied to us but deliberately made it impossible to resolve the situation until the eleventh hour. They shown utterly despicable behavior and have been as unprofessional as it possible to be. These people, in particular the manager Andre Tummer and a women who we eventually found out was called Regina, do not understand the meaning of communication or honesty let alone good behavior. I have no idea how it is possible to have gone so badly wrong in every way. For such an expensive place one would think that staff training would at least be average and management would know how to do their job but unfortunately for us it has been made obvious that they have no idea how to treat or talk to customers or communicate with each other. I’m sure if we had been able to actually use the gym we would have been just as ignored on that side of the gate as we were on the other. I am left with a profound feeling of contempt and disgust and would urge anyone thinking of joining this gym to turn around and run away in fear. I cannot adequately describe how terrible our treatment by this place has been.

its crazy how managers can be so incredibly rude when they did a mistake with my cancellation instead to just apologize for it.. dont bother coming here: you are probably not welcome

Grosses sauberes sportcenter mit netten angestellten. jedoch ist die beleuchtung auf den badminton felder sehr schlecht. die led lampen sind so hell dass man den federball kaum dieht wenn dieser geflogen kommt. wir mussten alle 10min pause machen um unsere augen erhung von dem super hellen licht zu gönnen.

Eltern hatten eine Stunde reserviert, wurden aber von einem unglaublich arroganten Trainer der eigentlich nichts auf deren Platz verloren hatte gestört und beleidigt. Manager unterlies Hilfe und hat noch zusätzlich unfundierte Beschuldigungen verteilt. Absolut schreckliche Erfahrung wo man doch nur 1 Stunde Erholung auf eigene Kosten gebucht hatte. Traurig, da eigentlich nicht schwer eine Tennishalle zu betreiben, aber leider war das unser letzter Besuch.

Toller vielseitiger Sport - und Erholungsort. Man sieht vor allem beim Fitness, dass die Betreuung sehr gut ist. Sauber! Auf Hygiene wird sehr stark geachtet. Die Geräte sind modern und in Top Zustand ! Es wird investiert für den Kunden. Es hat sogar ein SENSOPRO Gerät !!!!! Für Multisportler ideal : Tennisplatz und sogar eine Boulderhalle. Für Locals ideal auch das automatische Parken ( Einkaufen direkt neben an) ;-)

Hammer Team, alle erdenklichen Fitnessgeräte und es ist immer äusserst sauber sowie klimatisiert.

Alles in allem habe ich den Gesundheitspark sehr zu schätzen gelernt, da nebst Obrigen Anmerkungen auch immer genügend Service-Personal für jegliche noch so absurde Frage mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Lieber Gesundheitheitspark Thalwil, herzlichen Dank, dass es Euch gibt! Ich habe jedesmal erneut Freude hinzugehen. Ich kann Euch nur weiterempfehlen! Die Trainer- und Trainerin sind alle sehr freundlich, persönlich und zuvorkommend! Dort herrscht einfach jedes Mal eine tolle Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an meinen Personaltainer André. Du machst einen grossartigen Job! Vielen Dank!
