Ich komme aus St. Gallen und hatte am 23.08 Prüfung im Campus gehabt.
Kurz vor Luzern ist mir aufgefallen, das ich den falschen Lernordner mit hatte. Hab das freundliche Personal angerufen und gefragt ob sie mir mal schnell 160 Seiten Drucken könnten. Wo ich dann im Geschäft Stand, war es schon gedruckt und konnte meine Prüfung in Angriff nehmen.

Habe ein Karte CHF. 2.50 mit TWNT bezahlt, im Corona- Zeitalter eigentlich üblich . Mir wurde einen Zuschlag von CHF.0.30 gemacht. Karte kostet anstelle CHF.2.50 neu CHF. 2.80. Also 12% mehr als angeschrieben.
Ist rechtswidrig und eine Frechheit!!
