Vor ca 2 jahren war ich begeistert als ich meine Schiene bekommen habe. Im November 21 ist sie gebrochen bin dauerhaft darauf angewiesen. Habe darauf angerufen meine Situation geschildert (die Dame hat nachgeschaut in der kartei..und ich soll sicherheits halber noch ein neues Rezept für eine neue Schiene beim Arzt holen OK hab ich gemacht ). Dort angekommen ja da braucht es eine neue Schiene hatten sie keine Müssen sie bestellen Lieferung 3-4 Wochen. Die Dame brachte meine Schiene zur Werkstatt ob man sie für die Zeit reparieren kann dies taten sie (als es erledigt wurde meinte sie ,sie müsse es dan in Rechnung stellen).war fassungslos und Sauer "nicht gefragt ob ich dies zahle ,sie hatten keine Schiene an lager ,ihr Produkt ist kaputt gegangen. It broke on November 21 and I am permanently dependent on it. I then called and described my situation (the lady checked the file.. and to be on the safe side I should get a new prescription for a new splint from the doctor. OK, I did it). Arrived there, yes, a new splint is needed, they didn't have any, they have to order, delivery 3-4 weeks. The lady brought my splint to the workshop to see if they could fix it for the time they did (when it was done she said she would have to charge for it). She was stunned and angry "didn't ask if I'd pay for it, they didn't have any Splint in stock, your product broke. I never got any message about the new splint from you.. And today after 4.5 months I get an invoice for the repair of over 134.- (it should be a stable solution with 4 eyelets bag band) I'm pretty angry...
