I had purchased a Home Internet Abo which included internet, apple tv and landline. When I asked them if this package also includes the phone device, they told me yes. In the end, when I received the equipment I realized that it did not include the phone device. When I told them, they got back to me saying that actually this package only includes only landline number and not the phone device and that they cannot do anything about it...

Also, when I purchased this Abo I explicitly told them to deliver the equipment at the store so I can come and pick it up. They said no problem. After 2-3 days I received an email saying that the package is on its way to my home address.. very unprofessional and incompetent!!
