Was a long time customer but the change to Amavita ends that. With their system change a few months ago they first lost me in their database, and this morning they’d lost my permanent prescriptions resulting in a 25 minute wait while they sorted it out with their old system and refused to give me the medicine even though the it was found in the old system while they debated how to handle the issue, hence no lunch for the day.

If you need to go to a drugstore, go to any drugstore except this one. I was there yesterday, it was a holiday, I had a prescription from a doctor here in Switzerland. The lady who works at this drugstore (blonde, between 30 and 40 years old, it was around 5 o'clock in the afternoon) she insisted that she couldn't sell me a medication because it was a copy, I immediately didn't understand, after all it had the doctor's signature, and the answer was “I don't know how you did it” implying that I would have falsified a prescription, which doesn't make sense after all it has the medical signature. One detail, it was medication for anxiety, I felt really bad trying to understand what was happening, she spoke loudly, as if everyone wanted to hear that she was right. I've been a lawyer for a long time and I've never been in a similar situation. I'm sorry this happened after all, the store owner may not know that his employees are so rude and rude, but I'll do my best to let him know. This morning I went to another drugstore and they promptly sold me the medication and I asked if there was something wrong with the prescription and I explained what happened, they said “there is nothing wrong here”. This week I will return to my doctor and I will also report what happened in addition to other measures. I hope they improve the service, if a person looks for a drugstore it is because they need help and medical complementation, this type of treatment is not ok, in any establishment, in any country I have experienced an embarrassment like this. My girlfriend went there today 15/01/21 extremeley in pain, crying, in need of a test for the antibiotics she needed and the farmacist denied her this test because they were "nearly closing" in a very rude unfriendly way. My girlfriend is a Nurse and knows exactly what she had and anyway the farmacist kept questioning her with a face of disbelieve.
I myself have been treated rudely by this staff without apparent reason. Would not recommend, go down the mainstreat to the other pharmacy.

Nice and friendly staff; even 10 minutes before closing didn’t they give the impression of tiredness or did they hurry to get rid of me ASAP.
Only downside: I wasn’t given a selection to choose from, only one product was shown.
