The agricultural and milk industry exhibition is the biggest event of its kind in Switzerland and happens once a year in St Gallen.
Highlights are the daily pig races you can bet on and the food hall where lots of different Swiss delicacies from cheese to chocolate can be tasted.
...and don't forget to eat the famous OLMA Bratwurst, in my opinion the best sausage in the world.

Definitely I was surprised how good time can be spend during Olma. Have a great memories and will do my best to visit olma next year.

This is a massive expo area with a large gated campus with several halls within the campus located in the heart of town.

Tip - At a busy event the parking around the campus is full and you might have to park down at the train station and walk up which is a few hundred yards down the road. Generally traffic wardens/traffic police personnel are posted and very helpful.

Huge convention hall.
Been there for the START Summit 2018 and they made great use out of the area. Enough space for a main stage, several smaller stages, space for booths and also a food corner, shere you could enjoy your breakfast or lunch.
Overall great experience, although I am sure that they also host different events, so your experience might differ from mine.

I went to Olma Messen for job fair. It is a very good place, located centrally in St. Gallen. Great spaces, well organized. It provides a great venue for any event. The service of the Messe worked efficiently. Recommended.

This place is mainly used Events such as OLMA or OBA. There are different Restaurants. The one in hall 2.3 is relatively cheap (for swiss standards) and offers vegetarian food.

Great place for faires. Ample space for stands, lots of good food options around. Been here a few times. Always enjoyed it. Parking options are great.
