Very friendly and professional.
Update.

Just tried to call to make an appointment. Asked if anyone speaks English. The girl I spoke to spoke a little English but when I asked for an appointment she said one moment, please, asked a colleague and then laughter followed. I appreciate that not speaking German can cause issues, but thought that someone would help me. Never had problems before.

Very bad quality/price ratio :/. Feeling of insecurity when leaving and very high price 120fr/tip cut. The hairdresser included a treatment without consulting me beforehand on the subject.
