We bought an (almost) new Hyundai Santa Fe here a few weeks back. Markus Altenburger looked after us from start to finish. Friendly, professional and courteous service all the way. Markus took great care when I came to collect my new car; he spent a lot of time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know, and followed up a week afterwards to ensure we were fully satisfied and happy with the purchase. I would definitely not recommend this place, here's why:

My (1 year old) car got repaired here 3 times last year for the same issue after It got rear-ended. Result: the water was coming to the cabin, rear seat not properly installed (airbag + cables left exposed), rear window wiper installed asymmetrical, rear window washer not working properly, rattling noise inside the 5th door, stained front seats, stained doors (!!!)

The staff is very friendly though, they always apologised, provided a spare car for free and they also gave me a free voucher for a towing service, which is a bit ironical but i still appreciate it.

Since then I visited Amag AG in Zurich and I was very satisfied with the service provided there.

Wir wurden durch Herrn Altenburger wirklich sehr zuvorkommend bedient, beraten und auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die Zwischenlösung mit einem Fahrzeug zur Miete bis das neue Fahrzeug geliefert wurde, wurde in kürzester Zeit realisiert.
An dieser Stelle nochmals en grosses Dankeschön
