Terrible reception to a polite request over the phone made by a potential new client. The lady on the phone was almost insulting, at the very least full of contempt. What is announced on their website is clearly not reliable.

Molta poca professionalità . Chiediamo per delle bottiglie inserite nel loro sito per l acquisto, i quali ci rispondono che ci inseriscono nelle allocazioni in quanto siamo nuovi clienti , dopo più di un anno ci avvertono che determinate bottiglie vengono già vendute solo a clienti “privilegiati “. Mi chiedo perché per apparire debbano inserire bottiglie che poi non vendono, facendo perdere solo tempo e ingannando il consumatore .Pessimi
