The service was really poor and lower class, and there was even a couple witnessing it. Personally Ive been also engaged to service industry for couple years and I know some customers are difficult to deal but if you are professional enough you shouldn't have let it happen. Maybe she's been through a rough day or whatever, but please still respect those ones whose smiling at you cos not everyone isn't like that. :)
P.s the coffee was actually pretty good.

One of the better coffees you can get around here. Now you have free WiFi, USB plugs and normal sockets. Quite good to have nowadays.
Good place to rest and do some work on the go.
Staff is friendly aswell under stress.
Can recommend this place

Very fresh coffee and croissant, wifi, nicely decorated very friendly staff. I did a phone conference with a customer while waiting for the train.
