Where friendly employees, there were very helpful and nice especially Robin Claude was our sales assistant he gave the best service.

I choose to purchase my first luxury watch here. I contacted the store to inquire about the models that I was interested in and the staff was very kind and professional and took great care of me during the whole process, from start to finish.

I had superb help from Abby & Olivia and they made my experience just great. I already look forward to my next purchase and hope to be making all my future watch purchases here as well.

The Bucherer Boutique in St. Gallen is without doubt the best Bucherer Boutique and Rolex AD that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting during my global travels.
The experience is without equal, where the staff are warm, kind, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, genuine, flexible and who behave with dignity, respect, honesty, integrity and true class.
They are led by the outstanding Boutique Director Damian and the always wonderful Michèle, who I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years now.
I have had the honour, pleasure and privilege of purchasing some of my grail timepieces from them and would not even contemplate going anyway else for my horological needs.
I already cannot wait for my next visit to my home away from home in the beautiful city of St. Gallen.

very unfriendly personal. shop is not up to date. there are watches on sale that have been sold for a long time. but employees are very unfriendly. i will never go there again. very disrespect
