I went to the repair section, since there was a small marked backside of mycar someone come slowly and hit my stopped car in the traffic. for that i went 3 times by travelling 30 km to get the inspection and appointment date and finally i went to give my car for the small fix, they gave me very small citoren car. I told i have 2 kids and this car is too small, they didnt give other card to me. 2 min before they gave another person to volvo xc60 replacement car. may be they did this for me Im brownskin. all 3 time the guy in the counter very irrespecutful and i need to wait 20 or 30 min that he say hello to me and start the conversation. very bad place and very bad Experience. Not even like to give 1 star. Note: I gave my car to the another grange who gave the lots of respect. so dont trust the name and loose your dignity!!!

Made a booking online specially wrote in german what to do on the car and nothing else . They did without my allowance work that i didnt request .Customer service is so
poor , they dont explain anything in what work iwhat is included and how much it costs.
If you go there explained them exactly what you need to be done .Never imagined that I will be ripped off in Volvo service specially in Switzerland .

The dealer is a good garage also, i had some problems with my Volvo and they fixed it right away. Service is good and friendly staff. Not five stars because they are more expensive as a on the street garage.
