Very bad experience after the firm taken over the management by Alpina group.

For example I went there to change winter tyre which is stored there. They billed me for new tyres which I not purchased. The concern person for tyre change in the reception was rude when I ask him to check with the person who done the job if he put a new tyre or not.

I travelled from Geneva to purchase a vehicle. The service was excellent from start to finish. Many thanks to Mr Moll, he was a pleasure to deal with and knows how to do business. None of the garages in Romandie could match the price nor level of service. I will certainly return.

I went to this garage hoping to be well received but I was not. My first consultant was very friendly. However my second consultant who stayed with me the rest of the time (unfortunately) was very arrogant, not rude, just very arrogant. In the end the service was far too expensive and the car is not even repaired properly. Afterwards, my consultant tried to oversell it even more by adding 1000CHF to finally fix it. I went to another garage and got it fixed for 50CHF and it was not the problem that my consultant "diagnosed". Very disappointed, never EVER coming back.
