Super organized and clean
Liked · It's huge compare to other hotels or apartments. It's pretty new, very clean and very well organized. You can easily stay there for longer and with more people. You can park your car in front of the door, so it's perfectly fine.
Also the very well organized check in is great.
Check out is technically without people... so, don't forget sthg in your apartment ????

Disliked · The beds are pretty soft and the pillow could suit be called a mountain, it's way too huge. The reception (I was in two different rooms) is not good and sld be adjusted accordingly.

Roaches might be part of the hired personnel as they keep you company in multiple areas...on the tv, on the walls, kitchen cabinets, courtains, shower, etc.
Furniture needs replacement or reupholstering.
Bathroom and bedroom have no doors, just some panels that you can slide. No isolation, no locks...no use. Odd and unnecessary.
Cleaning is done once per week on Monday, and garbage is being taken Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The kitchen has all you need to survive: cutlery, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs, electric oven, induction hob, etc. Knives are not sharp at all, you can crush a tomato but not cut it.
TV remote only works if you are near the tv, if you sit on the couch you must rise and get closer to change the channel.
There is a tassimo coffee machine that works great. Fridge is small but usable.
Internet connection fails very often and restoring time varies between 1 and 12 hours.If you're a foreigner with no local subscription to internet... you're pretty much screwed.
There is a church near the hotel so expect bells ringing very often...at 6 in the morning, at 14.00 ,at 18.00, at 00.00...very irregular and annoying for someone who's not a fan of this type of sound.
If you're unfortunate and need to stay for a longer period keep in mind that if you are expecting mail it will be delivered to the reception and someone from reception will hang it on a plastic support mounted on the door. They never knock or announce you about it so if your attention to detail skill is not well developed it might take some time until you see it sitting there.
For some odd reason there are no mosquito nets so expect a diverse range of bugs visiting you inside the apartment.

Disrespectful and completely disorganized chaotic management. Gave me the wrong room. Also, the personnel does not know how to use appliances in the kitchen - neither the instruction manual was available. Rooms extremely NOISY (near the main street) that one cannot sleep at night at all. Every half an hour nearby church/bells ringing in addition to constant car noise. If you want a quality sleep and decent service stay AWAY from this place. Higiene is poor too: bathrooms are smelling strange from the stinking canalization. Room was covered in spider webs and windows dirty.

Once I forgot the access card and I request for the unlock, they charged me CGF 65 just to unlock with another access card :(.

Das erste was beeindruckend ist wenn man in das Appartment (2 Zi. Version) kommt ist der Platz. Wenn man länger in einem Appartment wohnen muss, ist es doch wichtig sich wohl zu fühlen, hierbei sind die Räumlichkeiten sehr wichtig. Alles ist solide (Holz) eingerichtet und wird einmal pro Woche gepflegt. (Man sollte sich erkundigen, welcher Tag für das jeweilige Appartment zutrifft). Ich räume dann alles zusammen, damit das Pflegepersonal mehr Zeit für das Reinigen der Wohnung hat. Die angenehme Fussbodenheizung wird dann im Bad noch durch eine begehbare Dusche abgerundet. Die Küchenzeile und auch die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche im Appartment waschen zu können sind gut durchdacht. Ich selber bin jetzt schon 5 Monate im Wohntel und fühle mich schon fast wie zuhause.

Es ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Wir haben ein Appartement für Silvester 2014 gebucht, da uns das tolle Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis überzeugt hat. Als wir ankamen waren unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Alles EXTREM schön und sauber, luxuriös ausgestattet (tolles Bad, vollständig Küche mit Spülmaschine, Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Appartement). Lediglich ein vorhandenes Fondue Gerät hätte den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machen können.
Fazit: wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, da es wirklich toll ist!

Schöne Apartments, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Nach vorne zur Straße hin aber sehr laut durch den Verkehr.
