Absolutely packed! But good vibe. Fun. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Lovely staff, working incredibly hard considering the high number of people coming through the door. Great place to have a kids party.

The machine in one of the lanes regularly got stuck and had to be reset (at least 5-6 times in a game).

Despite being a large group, being almost the only ones there and celebrating a birthday, we received no attention from the staff.

We were asked rudely to put our balls back after using them (never had to do that in a bowling alley).

I ran out of battery and needed my phone to get back home. I asked kindly if I could plug it in and also received a rude response from the staff, later saying he would do an exception and allow me to plug it. To my surprise, they unplugged the phone the second it turned on, claiming it should be sufficient to use it.

Rude staff. We were visiting Zurich and decided to go bowling. They didn’t have any lanes, so we decided to sit and make other plans. They had a problem with us sitting on a couple of unused chairs for 5 min to look up a place, because we didn’t have the table reserved

Edit: Of course we weren’t preventing anyone from sitting at their table. It was empty, and we were sitting facing away from the table. If the party had arrived of course we’d have moved. The problem was the person kicking us off rudely when we said we’re leaving in a couple minutes anyway

A nice place in the northwest of zurich to go bowling especially during the daytime when most other bowling centers are closed. The service is quick and kind and it is suitable for grown-ups, childreb, birthdays, groups or just a duel for two. Definitely recommendable.

We had a company event there and it was really cool. They place is nice, not too crowded. They also serve very good food! We loved it!

Not very friendly staff. Not well located. Expensive. Kitchen was closed.
