Es ist schon eine Weile her. Der Service ist super und der Inhaber sehr entspannt. Es wird auf alle Bedürfnisse eingegangen und vieles möglich gemacht. Faire Preisgestalltung wenn man fragt ????. Dort ist man immer aktuell wenn es um neue Produkte geht.

Das Personal ist überherblich und unfreundlich. Dazu darf man in einem Uhren Laden meiner Meinung nach erwarten, dass dem Personal auffällt das die Uhr, die man um Armband wechseln mitgebracht hat, keine Batterie mehr hat und es einen darauf hinweist.

Ich wollte nur ein neues Uhren-Band für meine Chopard, der Laden wechselte auch gleich die Schnalle, obwohl diese bei der Anlieferung vorhanden war. Zusätzliche Kosten von über CHF 150.- .... Ein mal und nie mehr. danke.

sind unfähig eine breitling richtig einzustellen..beschämend...sehr unfreundlich...passt garnicht zur schweiz..passt auf..habe ca. 12000 fr.in den laden gebracht..
