I am clearly giving Car Trafic a 2 star. I sent a car to Douala using their services and this is what happened with the representative a woman.
1. It was the most expensive service for the same service from Belgium you pay 600€ with them you pay almost 4 times more.
2. Thiwoman takes the money and does not provide any information or feedback
3. When she provide info it is erroneous wrong shipping company name, wrong dates and the best is she doesn't follow instructions and so she wrote names with errors and that can be fatal.
You know what?she doesn't care. I was in that situation fortunately there she went on vacation and a guy called Andre took over my case and that was my rescue I would have been screwed big time.
So people from Africa they are other guys out there doing that same business successfully.
I don't recommend this company unless you are lucky to work with Andre and ready to pay so much more
