I highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice, clean and children friendly.
Inside playground is very good for children.
Rainfall shower is very good.
Good breakfast.
9/10 points from our side as 0.5 point for not insulated bathroom door and 0.5 point for traffic noise withdrawn ????

This review concerns the playground and restaurant. We have been couple of times already there, the place is very well thought, very well maintained. A great place to be with kids!
Ideal age (but not limited to) would be somewhere between 1.5 and 10 years old.

We were on family vacation in Lucern,Switzerland and we stayed at this place for 6 nights 7 days. It was very convenient to travel from Lucerne main train station with bus number 50 and 52. only 10-15 mintues ride from station. Hotel staff is bilingual too so no issue in communicating with them in english or german. Our stay was breakfast included and they have variety of options in the morning including milk, cereal(s), fresh fruit, cheese, meats, bread, crossiants, eggs, juice etc. the best part of the breakfast was customised hot beverages that includes barista made tea,coffee, hot choclates, Latte, Cappuccino. Kids had a blast on the hotel, they had seperate kids playing area where kids can play pretty much whole day. Restaurant on the hotel itself has wide variety of food options available and reasonable rate. View from the hotel was awesome. Aldi store was on 1 min walk from hotel where you can get all grocery or anything you need for your vactaion. All in all it was a great place to stay and very reasonable rate from good public transport facilities.

We just stayed here for three nights in March. The room was clean and quiet. We had dinner once and the food was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was alright. Not many selections. The staffs and services were friendly. One front desk lady spoke fluent English. Others didn’t speak much English but it was understandable. Parking was free and gated so you will use the room key to open the gate while staying there. I found the Aldi market across from the hotel very convenient. We stopped by to buy some snacks and stuffs.

Very beautiful hotel with great alpine backdrop. The place is great for children, there is big playground with lots of stuff for children. There is a big difference between the modern family room and the classic family room. Pay attention when you book, the price is almost the same.

Great place to go with kids. Huge outdoor playground (although partially closed until April), and nice playroom indoors.

They really make an effort to cater to the needs of families. Nice destination for a Sunday-excursion with the family.
