Unfortunately they sent me a broken furniture! The packaging and the quality of vitrine that I received are very bad and it arrived broken. Not possible to use it!

However when I called the service they were openly suggestting to send me a new furniture and get the broken one back.

I ordered a kitchen cabinet (13.5). There was information that this should be delivered till end of may. Later i called threm and i got info that it should be delivered in 2 weeks. And of course then i called again and i got info that this should be delivered in 4-5 weeks??!!! They mislead customers. This is not nice. I think i ll just cancel this order. Good that i ordered with bill payment (30days) . Not recommend

WORST COMPANY TO RELY ON if you need sth.
order was place on 30.03.2020 for 10 items of same products.
15.05.2020 i received the first package with ONLY 1 item.(company apologized and sent additional items)
26.05.2020 i received second package with ONLY 5 items (comapny said that they are sorry and sending the rest of the order the same day).
Later that day a company called telling that they don't have the rest of the items in stock and they will only receive them in a month.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

NIE wieder bei Bader. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit!

Vor 5-6 Wochen haben wir einen Gartenschrank bestellt. Es stand „an Lager, Lieferung in 2 Wochen“.
Der Kundendienst antwortete auf unser Nachfragen hin, dass sie uns die Ware in ca. 3 Wochen liefern können …das wären dann statt 2 Wochen stolze 8-9 Wochen.

Was aber wirklich eine Frechheit ist: Heute steht bei diesem Artikel immernoch „Lieferung in 2 Wochen“.

Obwohl ich schon seit über einem halben Jahr mehrfach geschrieben habe, dass ich keine Werbekataloge mehr möchte, bekomme ich diese weiterhin immer wieder! Es ist nur traurig was diese Firma bietet. Auch mit Gutschriften hatte ich Probleme. Besser nie wieder!

Ich habe ein Kochbuch bestellt, nachdem ich bei Bader eine Heissluftfriteuse gekauft habe. 2 mal habe ich die Rechnung mit QR-Code bezahlt. Noch immer bekomme ich Mahnungen. Jetzt wurde es dem Inkassobüro übergeben. Das Buch kostet nun 280 Franken, statt der 18.90. Leute der QR-Code beim bezahlen funktioniert nicht. Finger von dieser Firma

Habe nach langer Zeit wieder mal bei Bader bestellt mit der Hoffnung, dass es jetzt besser sei mit den Lieferfristen. Leider immer noch gleich schlecht. Man muss sehr viel Geduld haben. Man wird vertröstet mit Lieferengpässen usw. Es gibt andere Versandhäuser, die wissen wie das geht...

Aus unerklärlichen Gründen ist mir der Akku- Fensterreiniger beim Putzen quasi in der Hand zerrsprungen, ohne festen Druck.
Ich konnte ihn für nur 3 Fenster verwenden und kann ihn nicht mehr gebrauchen.
Nun ist er leider im Müll.SCHADE!! Sehr entäuschend
