Not professional treatment. The person in charge of the guitars was to buy an amplifier from me, either for his personal use or to resell in the store as they also sell “occasion” products. We agreed on a day and he called to cancel. I told him that I had another offer that I had to accept or cancel, but he confirmed that he would pick it up the next day. The next day I waited all evening, he never came nor called. I called again the next day and he said that he had been busy and that he would call shortly to agree on a new date. He never called back and now he is ignoring my messages. In the end, I lost a sale, I lost money and this person does not call nor write to even apologize.
I would never do business with this person nor with this store!

Before purchase of an instrument from FNX Music company communication was professional. But after sales was completed invoice for the instrument was not delivered to me. Eventually I received the invoice, but after several e-mails.

J’ai acheté un ampli de guitare, le vendeur était très à l’écoute , connaît parfaitement son domaine . Très arrangeant et tarifs intéressants!
