Be careful about working with this company! Don't waste your time, efforts, money, etc. STORY: We agreed to buy an apartment with the assistance of this real estate agency. After a negotiation process with the owners, we agreed on the price, contract details and the takeover date of the apartment. We've made tons of meetings with the banks to collect offers for the mortgage, we've transferred our money from a different country, we paid the bank expenses, changed currency, etc. And the day before the notary appointment, the owner of this company called us saying 'We sold this apartment to another buyer! They offered more!' What! After all this negotiation process, after the AGREEMENT which is written as an email! The long story short; there is no transparency on the way of doing their business. This is not ethical, this is inappropriate. Real estate companies have the responsibility of informing everyone about the whole process with TRANSPARENCY. It seems that their business ethics are not sufficient to demonstrate this behavior. We will share our complaint with the related professional association. And we will continue sharing this disappointing experience on online and offline platforms!

Schlechte Erfahrung gehabt. Sie hält ihr Wort nicht und ......., das kommt beim Käufer sehr schlecht an. Sie spielt mit den Interessenten. Der Verkaufspreis der Immobilien stimmt nie. Entweder macht sie Ihn extra zu hoch oder zu tief. Dann kommt ihr Trick, dass Sie sagt, der Eigentümer möchte den Käufer kennen lernen, es hätte so viele Interessenten (die aber gar keine Finanzierung haben). Nicht empfehlenswert.

Frau Hasler hat für unsere Familie mehrere Immobilien verkauft. Sie ist sehr kompetent und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Arbeit.

Aussen Hui. Innen Pfui. Frau Hasler interessiert sich nicht für Sie nur für Ihr Geld. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nur unterschreiben und "liken". Genau die selben Eindrücke hatte ich auch als ex-Kunde.
