Si la direction n'a à mon sens jamais été vraiment intéressée à contenter le client, il y avait à l'époque (2013) une bonne équipe de projeteurs et conducteurs de travaux. Hélas presque tous sont partis et le service après-vente à fait naufrage (2015). Comme mentionné dans un autre commentaire, la société Projeco Réalisations, après avoir tenté de se faire une nouvelle image en changeant de nom (2018), a fait ensuite fait faillite (2020).
Apparemment la nouvelle société Projeco Constructions ne travaille plus que ponctuellement dans son canton d'origine (dégât d'image ?). Il vaut donc mieux bien lire son contrat et se renseigner sur les sous-traitants avant de signer.

4 ans que nous avons de la moisissure dans une salle de bains d'un appartement construit par Projeco. Au début ils ont affirmé que c'est un problème d'aération mais ça fait bientôt une année que nous avons signalé un trou dans l'étanchéité du toit et que presque rien n'a bougé depuis... J'estime que cette entreprise manque totalement de sérieux dans son service après-vente...

Les responsables actuels de Projeco Constructions SA, précédemment à la tête de Projeco Réalisations SA (devenue AZ Réalisations SA en 2018), l'ont laissée partir en faillite en octobre 2020, n'ayant pu rembourser les créanciers.
