In my recent business trip to Brunnen, I had the most wonderful experience with my car transfer. The service provided by the driver, Stephanie Heidelberger had been outstanding on both trips . As we were running late due to heavy traffic, she took the initiative to check exactly where I needed to go, drove me to the terminal for my PCR test , waited for me to complete the test and drove me to Zurich Hilton. I am very pleased that she went the extra mile. This is 5 stars class service. Thank you !
