This is a small family run restaurant that a celebrity chef would enjoy. The atmosphere is rural and rustic and in the middle of nowhere. It is clean and refurbished. For the local village the prices are high, but coming from Zürich the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of free parking. Every day they offer a different menu. Please give them a try.

La Scala is an italian restaurant, located right at the lake of Zurich. It's got a beautiful ambiente, neatly decorated. The staff are very friendly and pay attention to details. The dishes were excellent, be it the Risotto or the sea bass in salt crust. The fish was done to perfection and revealed from the salt crust at the table. Price wise on the higher side, but thats a given, concidering the location. All in all, definitely a place worth visiting.

Impressively tasty and heartwarming staff with very sweet and smiling service. Big Thumbs up for a spontaneously decided location for fine dining . Love it.

Great view and service :) Carpaccio is wonderful for starter! you should try! main dish and dessert are worth the price. I would like to go there again for drink.

Great view and location. Was very happy with the food and with the attentive service. I can strongly recommend the fish that they have on display... opted for it a couple of times and was never let down. Their wine recommendations were always very good. Nice atmosphere in the evenings as well as during lunch.

Food was ok but not spectacular. We were in a group with 2 babies and there were others group near smoking tobacco non stop which was quite annoying. The servers didnt get our orders right. Overall, Overpriced for what you get without a great atmosphere.

Ordered veggies with my fish in stead of patato... Got patato and no correction or apology. Small porsions. CHF36 for 6 fish nuggets, 3 salad leaves, 3 stripes of sweet peppers and 10 small cubes of patato.
