Disappointed.
This place looks clean and the rooms are ok.
Overall very poor service, communication and simple tasks seem to much to ask.
Not recommend.

A quiet restaurant and guest house in the centre of the picturesque village of Rafz. Multi lingual staff who are knowledgeable of the menu and drinks on offer. The menu is seasonal and changes 4 times a year. This establishment is fronted by International Chef Sandy Bak, who brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to your plate. Well worth a visit for a drink, lite snack, full meal or a night's stay in one of the guest rooms.

Bad conditions. Is not 4 stars hotel maybe 2 stars. Very very expensive for what it offering.
