I have purchased an apartment in Lausanne from Arimco Sarl, and I hope this review will be of help for future costumers. This company has a very poor costumer service. Several of the issues that I had pointed out during the post-construction phase were left unsolved (poor alignment of bathroom and living room walls, poor deployment of the bathroom tiles) and the reimbursement for delayed delivery were never provided despite over a year of delay. Beware of this company, they are not professional and do not care too much about their clients.
