Rarely have I ever encountered such disrespect, antagonism and antipathy by a 'simple' telephone receptionist whose agressive attitude has now pursuaded my wife and I to no longer include a visit to Patek's Geneva address into our Luxury French-Suisse travel program.

The management of this company needs to seriously reevaluate their HR procedures for employment and training if this type of 'accueil' can still exist in 2020, especially as first impressions are so telling of a company's product, image and ethics.

Twenty four hours later we have still not received a reply from their Sales staff. It seems the vein of deception runs far deeper than our first call...

''Swiss'' watches made by French nationals ... Il y a un dumping salarial dans cette entreprise et c'est pour cette raison que 90 pour cent des employés sont des frontaliers français. Les résidents suisses ont presque aucune chance d'être embauchés!
