My wife and I recently rented road bikes from Bcyclet for a two week bike tour of Western Switzerland. The bikes, service, and communication we got was excellent. Ruben, our primary contact person, was especially helpful. I would highly recommend Bcyclet!

We four Americans rented road bikes for a 9-day trip in the French Alps. Bcyclet outfitted us with excellent bikes and other equipment. They were responsive over the months of setting up our trip and super helpful making sure the bikes were all set, making adjustments where needed, when we picked up our bikes. A++ is the rating all four of us give them!

These guys are the genuine article. If you want the sickest gear around with premier service experience this is your bike rental company. The inventory is endless. I rented a Scott Road bike - full carbon with ultegra components - it rode like a dream. I also rented the BMC e-road bike for my girl. She was able to keep up with me through the scenic mountains of the Alps. We used their service to see some of the Tour de France.
Dream come true all around. This company exceeded my expectations. I would go back to France just to use these guys again. Thanks Basille for the great service!

Fantastic experience with Bcyclet in Annecy! Bikes were delivered to us in the center of town. Bikes were excellent and they even made an adjustment to the seat post on my wife's bike on Sunday. Drop off was smooth - highly recommend Bcyclet and will use them on my next trip.

Two road bikes delivered to hotel exactly as requested. Bikes were in top condition and service was flawless.

Bcyclet is the place to rent bikes while in Switzerland. They are professional, they offer top-notch service, and they have great integrity. I made a mistake with my bike delivery and rental dates, they delivered as requested and I didn't show up to receive the bikes. They didn't even charge me for the delivery fee, which I clearly felt responsible for. Talk about excellence in customer service. I highly recommend Bcyclet! Great business to support!

Great experience--highest recommendation. I rented two bikes from Bcyclet. They delivered to my hotel in Annecy (they deliver to many locations), arriving exactly on time. The bikes were excellent, well maintained, and functioned perfectly. At the end of the trip, I dropped off at their store, and that process took u003c5 minutes. Can't say enough good things about this store, and I'll definitely rent from them again.
