Friendly staff that know what they are doing. The shop features a wide selection of jewelry with prices ranging from small presents to big treats. Great selection of watches, especially Rado. The shop is located in a central location inside the Seedamm Mall. The place to go if your watch needs servicing or be repaired!

I'm a long time customer and will come back anytime.

Worst service ever, never go there. A simple lid close and pointer re-fitment on a working watch is ongoing for 2 months. Assessed by them "We repair on our own price is XX" approved by me, than after three weeks new call, not that the order is ready, but with a a second price 50% higher saying "We need to send out, but this is the final. Sorry." After another month, a new call: "They found that they cant restore as it was, but they will make it another color. Sorry it is not us, it is them." Of course it is you, I gave the watch to you and you gave the commitment, not whomever you sent it to, so you have to follow it. You take the money in the end right, or it wont be you again? After I had enough, I stated I want my watch back as it is, because i don't know how many more calls with new price I will receive and with nothing done. Reply: "I will talk to my boss" and guess what no response for 3 days.

Die googlebewertung mit 5 Sternen hat sich das Geschäft selbst gegeben. Sehr sehr sehr sehr sehr sehr sehr lausiger Laden.
Bewertet man das goldlädeli mit einem Stern rächt sich das goldlädeli und gibt anderen betrieben zb. dein Arbeitgeber auch 1 Stern obwohl sie nie im Laden waren. Kindisch und lächerlich zugleich

Das Geschäft sowie die Beratung sind einzigartig und professionell. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen - aber gewissen Kunden kann man sowieso nichts recht machen! Vielleicht mal mehr Anstand an den Tag legen liebe Kunden.

Das Goldlädeli kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Durch die kompetente, freundliche und auch ehrliche Beratung habe ich jetzt so schöne Ohrringe, die ich täglich und mit Stolz tragen darf. In Kürze wird geheiratet, und mein Verlobter und ich wissen: die Ringe kaufen wir auf jeden Fall im Goldlädeli. :-)

Bereits seit Jahren kehre ich immer wieder im Goldlädeli ein, um kleinere oder grössere Geschenke zu kaufen. Dabei werde ich stets von sehr freundlichen, kompetenten und vor allem ehrlichen Mitarbeiterinnen beraten. Da ich bisher nur positive Erfahrungen im Goldlädeli gemacht habe, kann ich einen Besuch nur empfehlen.

Meine Tochter hat sehr schöne Ohrringe von ihrem Götti vom Goldlädeli bekommen. Leider ging einer sehr schnell kaputt. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, schnell - wie man es sich wünscht. Sie hat sehr schnell einen Neuen bekommen. Gerne wieder :-)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, professionelle und schnelle Abwicklung. Ich war rund um zufrieden, die Verkäuferin hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alles fachkundig erklärt.
