Aaaallllll that money we pay every single month and they can't even provide a decent website where we can clearly see the balance of our payments. Why, why can't they host a decent website, it is not even expensive. This just shows how little they care for their clients.

It's a struggle. They are not very attentive. They take a lot of time to progress with the documents and they don't reply to emails. In addition, they filled in the documents with wrong data despite me reminded them twice.

They refused the complementary insurance to my son as he went twice to a professional that would have been covered. Now my son is precluded from all the other complementary benefits, including semi-private hospital ward. Disgusting behavior.

J’ai fait réaliser pour ma compagne et moi un devis comparatif à Helsana pour l’assurance santé et complémentaire. Je tiens à saluer le professionnalisme et les conseils de Monsieur Florian Chautemps. Il a été très clair, nous a donné de bons conseils et s’est montré particulièrement sympathique et intéressé à notre situation. Je recommande vivement ce conseiller très compétent. Le rendez-vous a eu lieu en Visio, mais ils n’a en rien perdu en qualité et en interactivité grâce aux explications de Florian. Merci encore Monsieur Chautemps.

Florian Chautemps qui a été très réactif dans nos différents échanges, dans l'accompagnement de mon dossier et dans l'obtention de tous mes documents.
