The showroom, the staff and of course the bikes are all like what you'd expect from a great dealership! Everyone's very polite and professional.
You can't go wrong with this shop. They also throw some great events you should stop by if you've got the chance. ;)

Wow, what a service! I had an issue with my bike while touring. I arrived at the dealership and the team could not have been more helpful. From the young lady that answered the phone to David and Fabian’s knowledge and professionalism I could not have been more pleased with the customer service. We even test drove a couple of demonstrators while my bike was being repaired. A big thank you to the team!

My first go at seeing/riding Ducati after BMW, Harley, Yamaha and Honda and I left the store in complete amazement. First, the staff was extremely accommodating answering questions about each model and the experience of riding a Ducati. Secondly, there was no sales pressure and instead nothing but encouragement to try each of the bikes and let them know my impression so they could guide me to the next model to try. The result was rather surprising as I normally gravitate toward an upright riding position and the protection of a shield or fairing; however, my absolute favorite was the new Monster. I honestly didn't want to bring it back from the test drive. Thank you again Goofy and Maren, I'll be seeing you soon.

Bought the Monster 1200 R just recently and had it customized. Needless to say, service, work, performance including door delivery was top! Thanks again to Kevin the sales person and Florian the mechanic.

Highly professional, customer oriented and super friendly people. Absolutely everyone is obviously dedicated to their job, the owners of this company should be extremely proud of their employees. I’ll be back ????
