Amazing stay. The Hotel is beautiful with superb view over the lake surrounded with trees and garden. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is great. The rooms are very nice with a view of Lugano lake. Lovely place to be. I'd recommend this hotel.

Good choice for family , rooms with amazing lake view from the balcony, air condition works great, with clean and comfortable beds .surrounded with trees and lovely garden.
Staff in the restaurant were very helpful, friendly, and professional in guests care.
Front desk always they face you with a warm smile .
My favorite hotel and my family for next time to visit Lugano .

This place is Absolutely amazing. It's located on one of the mountains where you can see the Lake and everything around you from your balcony. Service is above great. The moment you check in, you will at there best interest. They take care of everything you have in the list. It's an amazing place and everything is close by.

We stayed at this hotel June 30 to July 2. Worst experience ever.
The room was full of ants...
I called service to bring us 3 towel. They called back and asked why we need three shower towels!!!!! I was like because we are three people!!!
I called and asked for tissue, the lady said there is a tissue in the toilet use that !!!!!!

Super rude and the hotel is not 4 star. More like a 2 star hotel. Not clean at all. Overall didn't have good experience. Do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, they assisted me with my daughter clinic appointment.

Highly recommended for families. Free car parking is available, great veiw, delicious breakfast, and make sure to find the famous cat ????

One of the very few really well styled hotels in Lugano, with a superb view over the lake and the kitchen is just amazing - unfortunately, during four stays over the years I never found the time yet to visit the amazing looking pool.

Amazing stay! The staff is very very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is rich and delicious, spa area is modern and clean! The rooms are very nice with a view of Lugano! Only thing I would suggest is some bottles of water of even a tap water to drink in the spa area. If you go to sauna you need to drink something and there is only a shower to sip a fresh water. :D This little thing can be improved (in 4stars hotels they have often tea there…) but still I give 5 stars for this amazing stay! Lovely place to be!

The beds are not comfortable. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
