Leider unzufrieden. Wc war während der fahrt nach neiderland nicht zu benutzen da man uns defekt gesagt hat. Es stank im Bus nach kanalisation. 5 stunde lang ohne pause zu hinfahren mit kinder und jugendliche war wie in der hölle ansatt alle 2-3 stunde pause zu machen. Die Chauffeure wollen nur den auftrag erledigen und fertig. Obere geschoss man reklamierte zu heiss und untere geschoss war kühl. Die Chauffeure kennen eigene Bus auch nicht wie man bedient um optimale temperatur zu kriegen. Wir haben schluss endlich bezahllt und war dieser doppelstockiger Reisebus nicht gratis organiesiert.
