0/5 stars. Rude and hurried radiologist and staff. They do nothing to make you feel at ease. It’s entirely normal to feel claustrophobic under an MRI but they make you feel like an imposition. To be avoided if possible - the one in Carouge is far better.

Despite the safety measures, masks, hands sanitation, books and kids game removed from the waiting room, the employee in radiology this morning required me to walk with my socks out of the changing rooms. When I asked for shoes protections, at least, she said 'We don't have any'!
Then told me: If ever i'm unhappy I can write a report to the administrator!

That I would gladly do, right after posting this 1 star rating in Google.

Extrêmement satisfait de la qualité et de la gentillesse du personnel soignant. Étant très claustrophobe, il est très difficile pour moi de passer un IRM. Pourtant, c’est bien la deuxième fois que le personnel du CIO réussi à me calmer. L’appareil est des plus modernes et donc plus spacieux que la norme. Top!

Très déçu!Un IRM réalisé à la va-vite avec un personnel soignant stressé, désagréable. Un cathéter retiré dans les vestiaires (Inadmissible)!Nous sommes des patients généralement en situation vulnérable et non pas de simples pathologies sans aucun égard!

Leur site web donnes ne fausses information sur les horaires, personne ne répond au téléphone, quand vous arrivez sur place ils vous disent qu'il faut repasser en semaine pour réaliser une échographie. D'autre part ils veulent vous obliger à porter un masque alors que toutes les mesures anti COVID sont tombées à l'eau et qu'ils n'ont aucune base légale pour vous y obliger. Cela s'appel de la contrainte et c'est légalement répréhensible ;-( Bref fort de cette très mauvaise expérience je ne m'y rendrais plus jamais !!!

Une vrai CATASTROPHE! Des vrais incompétents, le radiologue ne prends même pas le temps de vous regarder. Honteux ! Il faudrait revoir le personnels.
