Bin schon 2 x mit einem "Brillen-Notfall" reingestürzt, beide Male wurde mein Problem innert Minuten gelöst - kostenlos, obwohl ich die Brille nicht bei ihnen gekauft hatte.
Eindrücklich, wie dieses Fachgeschäft Kundennähe umsetzt, bravo!
