What better reference than the fact that I have been taking personal training sessions at Body-Up for more than 10 years! The diverse sessions have strongly complemented my performance in other sports such as tennis, golf and ski and also improved my core muscles, strength and endurance. I can highly recommend Laurent for his professionalism, plus he is a very nice person!

Laurent Wälti is a first class trainer. Not only does he have a lot of enthusiasm for his job and knows how to communicate his motivation and help build interest and motivation in his training, but he also has a lot of technical and physiological knowledge which help training with a sense of safety and security.
I highly and warmly recommend Laurent if you are looking for such training services.

Laurent est exceptionnel tant humainement que professionnellement. Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que je viens chez Body-Up et je ne compte pas arrêter…
La salle est très grande, très bien équipée et très propre.
Je recommande sans hésiter!
