It was exactly as perfect as you expect it to be. Definitely get the waterfront room in summer, it is worth it. The direct access into the lake from the hotel room was my personal highlight.
The website to order breakfast to the room did not work the first day but the front desk very kindly helped us out and took our order.

This is a seriously amazing hotel. Our room, which is really an apartment, was on the water with direct access to the lake. The service is just perfect. We asked for a bucket with ice on the app and in less than 5 minutes it arrived at our door.

At no point did we have to worry about what was or wasn't included, all the perks and additional drinks were always accounted for and nothing was left to guessing.

It is quite expensive obviously but totally worth it.

We stayed in of the lake side rooms with access to the lake.
The room was fabulous. Spacious, cool design and fantastic views with ladder access to go swimming.
Only down side was the restaurant as the food was very expensive and service was very slow as one night we had been there two hours and we still had two courses to go hence why we didn't finish the food.
We would stay at the hotel again as the room was incredible but we would leave the hotel for evening meal next time. Breakfast on the other hand was lovely and it's worth having the breakfast package.

Very unique hotel, staff was very friendly and professional throughout. Would highly recommend a visit here!

Rooms look a bit like they were designed in the early 2000s but it still holds up. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming for this price class, would have wished for some vegetables or a la carte vegetarian options. Dinner at the restaurant was expensive but excellent.

Great hotel to experience Maldives style in Swiss land. Very luxurious hotel and rooms.
Friendly and welcoming people.
Very close to the city.
You will get free tickets to boat trip tour.
The breakfast not up to the standard or expectations.

Perfect hotel here in Neuchâtel, other hotels more like business but this one more like life and home. I will stay here for many days. Every week when I go to another city, I always look forward to come back. Here you can feel the nature, with really big balcony view of the lake, near the water. Summer is coming I think we will have more fun.

If you find yourself in Neuchâtel, THIS is the hotel to stay at - no questions asked. You must experience it for yourself: the most stunning, comfortable, and luxurious rooms + above and beyond service. What more could you ask for?! This is without question the best hotel I've ever stayed at and can't wait to make it back again!!

Very friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping. The cherry of the cake is that the pets are allowed to the restaurant (even for breakfast). Very nice stay and looking forward to coming back!
