Great experience. Rooms were very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also a great location with easy access to the lake and public transport

The stay at this hotel was very nice. Our room looked out to a courtyard with trees, a little playground area, a restaurant and many apartments. Our room and bathroom were very nice, and met all of our needs. The towels were great, thick ????. The mosquito notice on the window was a bit alarming, but with a combination of window shade, partial window opening and the provided fan, we did not meet any mosquitoes during our stay. While the glass ware was glass, a huge plus for me, the coffee cups we had were plastic and not suitable for hot drinks. The front desk attendants are friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Neuchatel and staying at this hotel was a big part of that. Thank you!

I can’t say enough how this little 3* hotel is extremely conveniently located (for university, town centre or the lake promenade), and is very comfortable, very clean, offers a great breakfast buffet and has very friendly staff!
The coffee machines in the rooms make excellent Italian espresso (if you like the typical short tasty Italian espresso like me)…. On top of this, the hotel is not stingy on coffee doses and always think of refilling them, so I give them the extra star for this excellent service that exceeds a typical 3* offering.
I have recommended it to all my friends and family because it’s very good value for money here in Switzerland.
And not just that, but it has an awesome brasserie next door that offers excellent local and foreign beers.
I’m very happy to have found this little gem, and to have the opportunity to come back regularly.

Who puts blankets in a bed that are too narrow to fit the bed?????
Hotel des Arts do???? Is this to save money on bed coverings?
Is it to make customers mad?
The beds are uncomfortably hard. I woke up feeling like I was in a fight all night.
My body actually hurt after sleeping and tossing and turning.
Why are the rooms impossibility hot?
Heat was turned to 2, window wide open -6° outside and yet, the room was too hot.
We were counting down the days left of our torture until the day we left.
Rooms were clean.
My shower was broken.
There are two shower heads. Only one worked and the other was broken and could only work on the lowest position available, which put the spray at my belly button.
I had to sacrifice a towel to tie it up to the top. I asked for it to be fixed. Was told, next day it would be looked after. 2 weeks came and went. No service.
TV was only French. However counting via Bluetooth made it a good TV.
I give this place a 1 star.

There is no air conditioning system, so it was extremely suffering for us while we stayed in this hotel, especially under the humid and hot weather. The room is clean and simple, but the design of the bathroom is not very functional. Have no complain about the service, all the stuffs we met are very nice and friendly!

I was an invited guest here so I cannot validate prices but the hotel was everything one needs for a short stay. Rooms are warm and comfortable with quality mattresses, good shower and bathroom facilities. Rooms are clean and breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

After 4 years, able to go back to Europe. This hotel is located in Neuchatel. The place is quite clean, very good location near to the train station. The complain I have is just the unstable wifi in the 4th floor.
The breakfast selection could be improved by changing weekly, my recommendation.
Take note that there is no self-service laundry (coin-operated machine)
