Very nice view from the room. Very good beds. Everything I needed was there. Next to the train station, thus very practical.

Excellent views - after a very generous upgrade, lovely down to earth and helpful staff, next to the station and the very useful university funicular which saved the legs on some very hot days. Nice breakfast and fluffy towels

Bolstered by how much we enjoyed Neuchâtel overall, we found this hotel to be comfortable, welcoming, and a great value for the money. Beds were nice, staff friendly, and the location, next to the train station, was super convenient.

It is ok but not great. Very basic rooms, the bed, mattress and pillows were not really comfortable, very loud in the room facing the street, during breakfast there was only one waitress managing everyone.
Good was the view from the restaurant and easy check in and check out.

Excellent location for traveling just opposite main station but downside is noise if your room is not facing the lake. Room was a good size with large bathroom. No air-conditioning which could be an issue in hot weather. Breakfast excellent, staff helpful. 10 minute walk to town centre though no need to walk if you are a tourist because you get a ticket for free travel throughout the Neuchatel canton.

The view onto the lake is beautiful, rooms clean and warm like all Swiss hotels. Shower a bit strong pressure and hard to control but fine in the end. Breakfast not included, (nice receptionist offered apples), coffee machine there but ours unfortunately was broken and leaked onto the table. Parking is free and directly in front of hotel.

Beautiful views from lake side of Hotel & directly across streer from rail station in Neuchatel! Very clean tidy place, nice helpful staff, short walk down the hill ~ .5 km to walk along the lake, and reasonable prices, not cheap, but not exorbitant either! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!
