Bought a FUTON -COCO- with 100% organic cotton. Very comfortable in the beginning but after 1 year of usage, and flipping the mattress every month, it was completely worn down and couldn't be used any longer besides having a back pain.

This is a wonderful big shop stocking all things Japanese. A few years ago I bought here what is called a 'Bangkok Sofa', which I love, and which remains in impeccable condition. It is extremely unique and multi functional. Today I picked up a lightweight, 'traditional' Japanese Futon, to replace my 9 year old 'non bio' Futon, which is still in perfect condition, but too heavy to move or roll (purchased elsewhere). I wanted something more portable and flexible. I especially love that this shop offers Bio options, including great sleeping pillows, which I also have. Huge shop with great selection.
A special thanks to Luca for his warm, friendly demeanour, and impeccable service.

De passage ce samedi avec ma compagne, nous avons énormément apprécié cette visite, l'ambiance y est des plus agréable et l'accueil est des plus chaleureux. Les produits proposés sont très qualitatifs. L'accès aisé et le parking situé à quelques mètres de l'entrée sont un plus.

Une belle boutique, une équipe sympa et surtout un service au top. Livraison de mon nouveau futon avec 15 jours d'avance. Un rêve.

Nous sommes très partagé pas rapport à cette enseigne. Lors de notre première visite la vendeuse qui nous a accueille nous a très bien conseillé et accueillie, puis jusqu'à notre achat nous avons eu à faire (heureusement pas trop) au reste du personnel: ininteressé, pas commerçant pour un sous et le minimum de contact que nous avons eu semblait carrément pénible pour eux, rivé sur leurs téléphones sans lever les yeux ou fatigué d'être au travail. Même le patron à réussi à nous klaxonner en vélo devant son magasin: super malin pour un commerçant! Au final heureusement que nous sommes tombé sur cette première conseillère, sinon nous aurions passé notre chemin. Le reste de «l'accueil» clairement nul, mais nous somme par contre satisfait des matelas achetés (futons qu'ils fabriquent eux même). Donc oui je conseille leurs produits, mais j'espère qu'ils comprendront qu'un bon pour produit mal vendu a dû, aurait pû et fera encore fuire les clients bêtement.
