Aikido is the only martial arts that does not fight. Aikido offers much more than what general sports offers. In Aikido, practicing matters. Expression of how you are is important. Exploring relationship with your partner is joyful. Finding connection with the partner as well as the group is so natural and wonderful. Discovery of unlimited space inside you is inspiring. Tasting stillness in the movement is like coming back home.
