VHP Métal a effectué chez moi plusieurs travaux lors de la construction de ma maison. Lorsque j’ai constaté un défaut caché, j’ai contacté la société à l’été 2018. Le patron Mr Vaucher est venu constater et a confirmé l’erreur faite dans l’ouvrage. Il a promis de revenir vers moi avec une solution. Il a fait la même promesse à mon architecte. Depuis un an et demi, j’essaye par tous les moyens de le contacter (téléphone, email et lettres recommandées), mais il m’évite.
Je ne le recommande à personne, car nous avons tous besoin d’un service après-vente de qualité, comme nous en avons l’habitude en Suisse.
