Louis is very good with people, and he handled a challenging request with utmost professionalism! He perfectly planned our last-minute trip to Cologne Bonn Airport, and we arrived safe and on time. I had the pleasure of experiencing the private jet services of lunajet. The flight on the Nextant 400XT was comfortable and efficient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Pascal, our private aviation agent. He demonstrated utmost professionalism and attentiveness, going above and beyond to ensure our journey was seamless. There was a moment where the cabin temperature was a tad cooler than I would have preferred, but the responsive Lunajet team promptly addressed this minor issue, nhancing our comfort. This commendable efficiency and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I would certainly consider using their services again in the future.

We flew a turboprop from London to Guernsey. It was organized by Derrick on very short notice (1 day) by his working overtime late into the night. We had many questions about turbo props having never flown a prop before, but he patiently and knowledgeablely answered all our questions.

The trip itself was extremely well organized and as smooth as we could have expected

Definitely recommend!!
