I recently purchased a new gravel bike and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The bike was delivered to me earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. The bike itself is fantastic and makes riding an absolute joy. It's been the best riding experience I've ever had and I owe it all to the amazing service and attention to detail provided by Sebastian Wyler. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend this bike and Sebastian's customer service enough! If you're in the market for a new bike, look no further. Thank you for a great experience.

Was keen to explore their bikes and headed during my lunch break from Zurich to Meilen just to learn that basicially everything is on appointment based service even to get some information. The chef came to mention that if we stayed another 30/45 minutes he could have a brief very quick sales service and made me aware that also waiting times for a bike is very long. One felt that it was rushed as he already had another appointment waiting. I understand that if somebody is sick and as such it can get hectic but to basicially ignore walk in customers I felt very disappointed and im re-thinking to approach the store again to look at their bikes.

Terrific service and great team, ready to help!
Only company on the market allowing you try the bikes in a showroom before ordering it online, at an extremely competitive price!!
I have had my reveal road bike for a little while now and I am absolutely thrilled with the look, the built quality and the amazing paint work!!

I highly recommend anyone to pay a visit to this store and the great team in Meilen.

It's a beautiful shop, and my first experience was very positive. The staff was extremely friendly, and they seemed to know what they were doing when I asked some questions about the service they had done on my bike :D.

I brought my Canyon Strive here for a service, which was supposed to cost 140 Fr. and take 70 min according to your website (I booked a reservation).
Ended up costing 110 (70 for checkup and the rest for some new brake pads they put on), and it took from Saturday to Wednesday... Maybe I misunderstood the site, so I don't know, but that's why only 4 Stars and not 5.

Also, the communication per phone was great, per E-Mail I didn't get any answers within 3 days.
Altogether I'll recommend this shop to my friends for services :D.

Absolutely satisfied with the service provided. I inquired per email first, got immediate response. Communication was super smooth and easy (even in English, thank you for that!). Opinion did not change after stepping by the shop: friendly, helpful staff, beautiful place, great customer service and expertise in all what they do.

I made an online purchase from them. I cancelled the order after and it was confirmed the next day before shipping the order. However, it has been more than 40 days now and they still have not refunded my money.
