Online eine Lesebrille erstandenen, nach über einem Jahr defekt und wurde anstandslos ersetzt. Ich wurde sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Top Kundenservice, kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Eigentlich habe ich ursprünglich nur meine Freundin zum Optiker begleitet. Vom Angebot und der Beratung war ich dann aber so angetan, dass ich hier schliesslich zwei Brillen gekauft habe. Die Beratung durch Herrn Herper war sehr freundlich, persönlich und kompetent. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen.
Dieser Mann ist am richtigen Platz - vielen Dank!

Angenehme Atmosphäre sowie äußerst freundliche und professionelle Beratung, welche optimal auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt wird. Ich kann einen Besuch sehr empfehlen, egal ob es um Brille oder Kontaktlinsen geht!
