Awesome experience. Woman at the counter helped me significantly! She went above and beyond. I am very thankful that I have the perfect gift to bring back for my family to remember my trip.

Found this shop via google and made our way there. Best decision ever. Staff was very friendly and shared a little history about the shop. It was interesting to find out that the shop has been running for generations. We bought several items (3 Swiss army knifes + FREE engraving, Rex peelers, kitchen scissors). The engraving was perfect. Everything was done quickly. The time taken to engrave was shorter than the time I took to decide on the items. Definitely recommended to get your Victorinox Stuff here (especially for the free Swiss Army knife engraving). They do sell other souveniers too. Check them out!

The most kind girl I met in any shop in Lucerne, we came as a group she managed everyone, gave us short intro to the story.
Reasonable prices for the quality.

Absolutely the best service!

We dropped in to get some knives to bring back to Australia, and we got free engraving to remember our time in Lucerne. Unfortunately, we accidentally got overcharged and didn't realise until we were in a different country.

We called them up and it was absolutely not a problem to get refunded on the extra items we did not receive.

Best customer assistance I have ever had!

We had a great experience at Webers Workd on Weinmarkt in Lucerne. The young lady in the store was extremely patient with all of our questions and made us feel like we're were her only customers. And the store was full of people!

Very friendly & helpful salesperson. Patiently explaining the various type of products. This shop also has a huge variety of Victorinox products and other brands too. Highly recommended????

Wonderful and friendly service. Weber’s World is so informative about the Victorinox knives and some special designs are only available in this store! Love the free (and quick) engraving service. Thank you Weber’s World, you made our experience in Lucerne all the more special.

Extremely wonderfull experience whilst visiting Switerland I stumbled upon this shop and there was a guy there( that if I remember correctly was a theater actor) he guided me through the knives and explained to me each one, in the end I got a classic officers knife in wood with my name engraved(wich is free) they made it amazing and since then it has always been with me. My warm appreciations to the shop owners for making my trip special...
